TTB Fitness

Aims to provide you with whatever you need, to achieve your strength and fitness goals. To do this, we focus on two main areas: personal training and online programming.

Personal Training

Regular PT sessions are a great way to stay motivated and push yourself a little bit further. They also ensure you're executing the movements correctly, and provide an extra level of accountability.

Each session is tailored specifically to your goals and current abilities. A typical PT session with TTB Fitness includes a strength/skill component followed by a conditioning piece; focusing on good technique, building muscle and elevating the heart rate.

One-on-one sessions are most common, however, we can accommodate small groups (four maximum), which can be great motivation for couples, families or friends.

Personalised Online Programming

Do you have a gym membership but need some guidance on what to do? Or want to work out at home? TTB Fitness can help with a weekly online workout program based on your goals and abilities.

Your personalised online program takes into account your time commitments and access (or not) to equipment. Each week, you'll receive an interactive workout program via Google Docs that allows you to record your progress and share feedback with your coach.

Whatever your specific goals - to get stronger, faster, more explosive or a just a little fitter - personalised online programming provides you with the guidance and motivation you need to achieve your goals.

TTB Fitness recommends a combination of personalised online programming and regular personal training sessions. That being said, we can work with you to develop a combination of services that best suits your budget and training requirements.

ABOUT US

TTB Fitness is owned and operated by Personal Trainer, Thomas Rowen.

Thomas is passionate about helping others reach their goals, from everyday people to elite athletes. While always involved in sports, Thomas got serious about his strength and fitness in 2012, first at the gym and then through CrossFit.

Thomas also qualified for the CrossFit age group quarter finals in 2022 & 2023 then took it a step further in 2024 and qualified for the CrossFit age group semi finals & placed 183rd in the world. Thomas has aspirations of qualifying for the CrossFit Games and certainly walks the walk when it comes to training.

Now in his 40s, Thomas understands the needs of those who are serious about their fitness while still remembering what it's like to first get started with a health and fitness program.

I’m here to help you reach your goals with enthusiasm and genuine support. I believe that no goal is too big or too small when approached with consistency and dedication. And for those of you who haven’t met me yet, I like to keep things fun, balancing humour, a light-hearted spirit, and a zest for life with a strong sense of community, with the utmost professionalism. Together, we’ll make sure your journey is not just effective but enjoyable and uniquely tailored to your needs!

Cancelation Policy

  • 24 hours notice required for cancellation,

  • 12 hours you will be charged half your session

  • 8 hours or less your full session rate will be charged
